This film reveals Thailand's ambitious program to provide health care to its 34 million rural citizens. In exchange for the government paying their tuition fees, young Thai doctors spend their first three years as a doctors working for the State-wherever they are needed. Follow a handful of young doctors sent to work in the Tak province, 400 kilometers from Bangkok. From infectious diseases to chronic illness, they have to adapt with a confidence beyond their years.
